I just got my hair highlighted by Natalie at Avalon, she did a great job, plus she is really sweet! Everyone has been complimenting my hair, the highlights are so fine and natural looking, just like I wanted. I am so glad I found a stylist who actually listens to what I want! The salon is also nice and everyone who works there is very friendly and treats you like they know you when you walk in the door.
Natalie doesn't know how to color.

I went there to have my highlights done with Natalie and she showed her insecurities and her poor knowledge of coloring refusing to do my highlights because I only wanted one process. She obviously doesn't have any idea of a healthy, beautiful hair. Which I have an amazing long, shiny and beautiful hair. Don't give her a try if you don't wanna mess your hair.

I went into the salon not knowing what to expect, I just wanted to relax and have a esthetician that knew what they were doing and had some product knowledge. Well I got it all and then some. Denise was friendly, did not rush me or make me feel like I just needed to accept what she did and recommended, she took the time to talk to me and only add to my current products I used and then suggested that when it was time to replace what I was currently using we could start with a complete system of Pevonia products. I will definately come back and make sure that all my friends schedule an appointment. It was the best, and knowing she does waxing, peels and microdermabrasion, this will be my full time spa for my skin care needs. Thanks Denise I will see you soon.

I am new to San Antonio and have been looking for a hair stylist for a while and have been a few places in the last 9 months and have not been impressed at all at any of my experiances until now! My experiance with LIZ (and I do mean LIZ with all caps.) because my high and low lights were FABULOUS, and the cut was the best I have had since i lived in New York and paid triple what i paid here. I HIGHLY recommened LIZ she is very sweet and knows how to work her magic, she made me feel and look like the DIVA i have always wanted to be. My boyfriend was shocked at how a great cut and color can change a woman and how she views herself when she knows she looks good. THANK U so much LIZ for making me LOOK and FEEL FABULOUS. I will see u in 6 weeks.
